Carlton has been a minister and educator in public school and Christin private school for 15 years. He has created and run programs in nonprofits serving diverse peoples in the greater Philadelphia area and has cultivated relationships with regional organizations to continue enriching communities in increasingly more effective ways. Carlton’s unique experience as a rapper in German night clubs, his penchant for writing, and his background in visual arts flavors his ministry with a unique ability to speak to multicultural groups made up of people possessing various modalities that hail from different socioeconomic strata and professional backgrounds.

Minister and philanthropist all-star team member who founded D.O.P.E. Inc., one of our city’s most celebrated and respected nonprofit organizations. She began feeding Philadelphia’s homeless at the age of 8 and has since become mightier in service and great exploits by serving castaways: low-income, mentally ill, homeless, HIV positive, recovering addicts, and physically disabled people of the Greater Philadelphia area. Jai has a growing history of citywide service inclusive of Suicide Awareness/Prevention, Narcan Aid, Serve Safe, and others, and endeavors to continually grow her organization and open her own shelters and community centers.

Esther is a lady of legends. She is the youngest daughter of the late Rev. Melvin Floyd, founder of Neighborhood Crusade Inc. and she is married to the ‘Sermonator’, Rev. Daniel Sawyer, Executive Director of this same highly respected ministry established in 1970. Esther is a legend in her own rights for being the secret unsung tactical mastermind behind many of the Neighborhood Crusade evangelistic outreaches led by her unstoppable Gospel preaching husband. Esther has proven herself obedient to the Lord’s instructions to be, “wise as serpents and harmless as doves.” in the she is masterful at strategizing and fashioning lures to effectively ‘fish men’ through evangelism.

Tim (Young Hawk) is a Christian soldier who can really cook. He literally is a veteran of the U.S. Army trained to automotive technical expertise. Tim acquired a background in the culinary arts and a desire to serve. That desire was supernaturally repurposed into the role of a dedicated evangelist who serves as host, security, food server, and 1:1 intercessor and witness during community outreaches. Tim faithfully serves multiple ministries and nonprofits serve food, material goods, and the Holy Gospel. His service is seasoned with humility and a willingness to adapt and serve in whatever ministerial capacity that is needed.

Jeff is a spiritually ferocious warrior on the battlefield who fishes for men as though he were stalking prey with his pride of lions. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army and shares the Gospel with an electric valor that celebrates his God given authority and freedom in Christ. Like many of us, he has partnered himself with numerous ministries in order to share in the work of genuine and splendid evangelism. Jeff has a thunderous presence at community outreaches that energizes and inspires his colaborers.
